Our key aim at Working Chance is to find meaningful, aspirational jobs, both paid and voluntary, for women offenders.

We proactively establish links with employers across London and work in partnership with our clients to target quality jobs.

Once we have identified key employers we actively maintain and develop these relationships to maximise retention and encourage growth.

We treat each woman as an individual offering a bespoke service.

We break down the barriers by briefing the employer about the offending history, attending interviews with the women and supporting both employer and employee throughout the whole recruitment process and beyond.
