Projects

We believe that vulnerable women on leaving prison deserve help and support for their difficult journey back to work. For this reason we have developed a more personal approach to finding work for vulnerable women:

• We identify the needs of each woman referred and then deliver services appropriate to their individual requirements.
• We support the woman toward building a crime free life through employment and self-fulfilment.
• We support employers throughout the employment process.

We have two initial projects that we are running to help women get back into the workplace, our Employment Hub and GRACE
