  • Fashion Prison Project with London College of Fashion: With the London College of Fashion (LCF), we set up The Fashion Education in Prisons Project which brings together LCF staff and students with serving women offenders at HMP Send. The purpose is to provide women offenders with useful skills that can open up employment and educational opportunities. (For example, one of our clients is now on the LCF BA Tailoring Course). A successful Pilot means we have now received funding from The Cass Foundation to develop the project further. >>View Gallery

  • Bags made at HMP Send.: Two serving offenders from HMP Send made us limited edition fabric bags for us to hand out at our campaign launch at the House of Lords last year. The bags were handmade by the women in their cells in the evenings, from material donated by Liberty’s and trimmings donated by Barnett Lawson. These bags epitomise the enormous creativity and resourcefulness of so many women offenders. >>View Gallery
